It was a pretty gross property. The room was not very clean and smelled terrible. It was so loud in my room, I actually thought the window was open. There was someone's trash from dinner sitting by the elevator on the 3rd floor my entire stay. The lady at the front desk was super friendly so that was positive but overall the worst Hampden Inn I've stayed.

I booked this hotel during the 2024 Portland I've sworn where my home lost power. We needed a pet friendly hotel, and this was a good price and not too far from my house. The staff were super nice and helpful, were able to check me in hours before normal check in time, and my beds had hella pillows. I would go to this hotel again, and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Room was comfortable, clean. Common areas clean. Good breakfast. Staff friendly. GAPS: They lost WIFI at 8 pm. I called the front desk and was told by German, that he was calling to et it fixed.. Next morning it was not fexed and he did not tell the day shift it was down. One bed had blood on side of undersheet that had not been replaced. We did not see it till morning
