Noise from other rooms. It may be no smoking but people were smoking in rooms anyway. Outside condition was dirty and run down. Building is due for a make over.

Terrible place. Bathroom smell like a dirty mop. Very noisy from the cleaning lady all afternoon. Early night it was very noisy with people yelling and fighting. Late night to early morning music was playing and zero staff to address the issue. Expedia rates seem very inaccurate as this was rated almost 8.0 (good) when it should have been 3.0 (bad). Never booking here again
