The hotel is decent, nice rooms, good location. However all was overshadowed by the lack of concern the hotel staff has when a problem arises. I was over charged 460USD and 4 months later I still don't get the refund. I have been following up with them every week, if not nothing would happen. I called once from overseas to see where my check was, and the lady put me on hold while she was taking care of someone else. She then had to google how long a letter takes to arrive to my home town, because they had no tracking number or anything.
There lack of concern and lack of accountability is truly astonishing. 4 months later they cancel the check and send one through FedEx with no rush, just regular two week delivery. Who cares how long it takes to arrive after all the this time. And I still don't know if I will be able to cash the check since I am not in the US, something that they still haven't answered.
It is a shame since a good stay was overshadowed by the poor costumer service you get once a problem arises.
