The property itself was beautiful and very large, which was nice. The food was mediocre but the staff was the biggest problem. The housekeeping service just didn't come to the room one of the days during our stay, and when we called to ask if they could come since it was already 4pm and we needed towels, we were told it was after hours. The cabana was the worst experience I've ever head, the server was very inattentive and our tv/safe did not work (the tv in the room didn't work either). I did share this feedback with the team directly and they applied a credit which was nice, but overall the service really made a poor experience. The citrus club was amazing and the staff there went above and beyond - highly recommend that as part of your stay!

The hotel was lovely. It was nice quiet space. The room and hotel was beautful and clean. I felt very relaxed during the visit. It was a nice break to stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful.
