This place is run down. Pullout bed had dirty sheets and food and trash on the floor.. the room has so many broken items in it. Outlets wasn't working, mirrors are broken, bathroom door wont close, light switches broken and look dirty

Good potential, but gross...
While this place was a good deal and had plenty of space for a small family, it was seriously lacking in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The outside of the building was abysmal looking, with sheets hanging up in the windows, painter's tape on the outside of certain units, and noticeably unkept grounds. After checking in, we found that the door handle to our unit was broken, the TV remote was covered in a sticky substance, and neither of the lamps in the living room worked. Additionally, there was pubic hair still in one of the bathtubs, and the complimentary shower products had been opened and used, presumably by the guest/s before us. The continental breakfast was equally unpleasant, as perishable food items such as eggs, yogurt, juice, etc. were not refrigerated or even on ice, but simply set out. Not having water for guests seems like a huge miss, as well. This property has a lot of potential and could be quite comfortable if it weren't so substandard in terms of cleanliness and management. I will be staying at one of the neighboring hotels next time. The extra $30 or so seems worth it!

As I entered the room it smelled like stale cigarettes. The windows were bolted shut so I could not air the room out. The TVs in the room are not smart TVs and there was limited 'cable' with many channels not working. There were no sheets for the pull out couch and when I requested somw from the front desk I had to wait 30 minutes for them. I should be getting some money back from these inconveneinces.

Looking for a nice size room with a full kitchen this would be the hotel to book! Staff is polite and the service here are quick! They offer free breakfast but I enjoyed my peace and quiet and slept in!
