for a first time visitor to perth this hotel was inviting, convenient and a great place to relax. the rules were followed by everyone in the property and i think its just a great place to stay when visiting on a holiday- also family friendly

No where to sit or eat in room Room was never cleaned or linen changed or coffee or milk replenished during stay Was supposed to be non smoking but room smelt like smoke then we realised people in room next door were smoking on balcony where it states no smoking Was our 40th wedding anniversary and we decided to go back as we spent our honeymoon there n no card bottle of wine or chocolates or even a free breakfast We got all that for my 60th birthday in hotels in Perth Needs new mattresses n pillows

No safe parking for cars, no lines drawn on the carparkmso some people took up two bays. No fencing around the car park either. Uncomfortable bed.
