Only the staff was excellent. Room and bathroom was terrible in need of repairs and the room was dirty I can show pictures if needed

Property is easilly accessible, located on main road and provide great amenities. The rooms are large and well presented. My room was very clean. Besides the availability of common indoor living space, the placr is highly hospitable. I keep coming back.

BUGS, shower that doesn't drain, etc
BUGS BOTH DEAD AND ALIVE IN MULTIPLE ROOMS!!!!! Hotel was notified and hotels customer service as well, no help at all so guess I will just help warn others. Multiple families stayed at this "resort and spa" with their kids for a martial arts match only to deal with dead and alive ants, spiders and roaches in the rooms, half of the lights not working and the showers don't drain so by the time you wash your hair your standing in ankle deep water (nasty!). Save yourself the headache and pick any other hotel in the area! Brought all these concerns to the hotel and hotels.com and got told there is nothing that can be done so much for customer service and hygiene.

- The Good: nice location. - The less good: The shower was very poor, too difficult to control hot-cold. The sink clogged. Outside saw Rats, I was not confident about sitting on the outside chairs at night. The mattress is to be given a score of 2 out of 10. Thanks anyway.

This property needs to be torn down and re-built. It's dirty not a safe place for families. Very poor taken care of. Please do not stay at this property its the most old discusting place. We checked in and checking out. It was horrible stay. Thank God i was able to get my stay back - but we had to find another property.

I would never ever stay here again. The hotel room was absolutely filthy. My son went to cover himself (3 years olds) this jumped on top of him

Unpleasant stay
First of all the rugs are very dirty and smelly. Nothing is new or modern. Even the internet service was down, A very small TV in the living room. Most of the electrical points were not working. This was totally not what I expected in a hotel paying so much for.
