Fridge wasnt working in room complained about it 4 times and nothing was done. Accidentally left my tommy hillfiger flip flops at the pool and they went missing asked staff. It was the same answer with the fridge that they will get back to me about it but never did. The next time i would ask about either issue they knew nothing about it. Its like they just say whatever to get rid of u in the moment. The big slide for the pool was out of order the whole time we were there. The 3 smaller slides were working. Rooms were clean and made up every day.

We were told that we could have an early check in and late check out , (on the board at the reception ) but neither happened ..the sink needed to be fixed was leaking and no cold water , the shower and sink placed awkward places ..didn’t like the set up of the room

Nice extended stay.
It was a very nice stay. The morning breakfast buffet selection was really good. Minor issue with the clock on the display panel near the bed not working so I could not use the alarm function. When I asked for a wakeup call, I got it a couple days earlier than scheduled.

The hotel is in a good location, and the people are nice, the rooms are good and the pool is nice, the hotel is a bit old but the cleanliness makes up for it, and the aquarium in the dining room is stunning and relaxing, definitely a good hotel Not like the new and beautiful ones on a pool overlooking the sea and Beautiful rooms
