This was not a 5 star hotel. The rooms weren’t anything special. The staff was rude. They tried to charge my credit card 24 before arrival. They didn’t wait till I actually arrived. I am terribly disappointed.

Need a good cleaning even though it's old and inexpensive it can be cleaner. Key card stops working at 9:30am and check out at 10:00am make sure you leave door open when removing your bags from room back to transportation.

The room floor was sticky. the air conditioner filter was 2 inches thick with build up so we had to rinse the dust off to get the a/c to work properly. There was 1/2 roll of toilet tissue and we had to ask for linens and toilet tissue 2nd day because house keeping had not come by. I always carry cleaning supplies and lysol spray with me. anyway but wasn't planning on having to use them. The soap dispensers that were in the room were empty. So we had to buy a candle for freshening up the room and soap to wash our hands. The balcony furniture was plastic and cracked so we were afraid to sit on the 1 chair. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The fridge had not been wiped out so we were thankful the only thing we kept in there was sodas.

We really enjoyed our stay and for the most part things were great. The hotel is on the dated side and shows its age. Our room was very clean. The gate frame leading to the beach was broken with welds with sharp edges. The deck showers were broken. It’s mostly maintenance things that are needed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
