Smile House Gattopardo - Villa on the Sea 20 minutes from the Valley of the Temples

In Sicily, which was Greek, Arab and Norman, about twenty minutes from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, between the city of the Leopard and Licata, the villa "Smile House Gattopardo" rises a few meters from the Mediterranean sea.
Located in the seaside town of Ciotta in the municipality of Palma di Montechiaro, the recently renovated two-family detached villa has ample private parking and a garden for exclusive use. In the external space of the villa there is a barbecue corner for delicious gastronomic moments.
On each floor there is a terrace overlooking the sea, both lead to the kitchens and living areas. The kitchens are equipped with all the necessary accessories. The terrace on the ground floor is equipped for lunch and relaxation with TV, deckchairs and sofas.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, quiet and comfortable, and a bedroom with two single beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Inside the villa there is a double sofa bed to be used for any additional guests.
The villa also has two bathrooms with showers, one for each floor, equipped with a hairdryer and a set of tablecloths for each guest. In the outdoor area on the ground floor there is another comfortable shower with hot water.
The villa "Smile house Gattopardo" is ideal to spend a pleasant unforgettable holiday by the sea, enjoying the view of sunsets over the sea that create unique and unforgettable sceneries and long walks among the typical Mediterranean vegetation and the splendid sea blue of Sicily.

The object had a lovely outside area. Nearby beaches. Good working air conditioning for the very Hot days. It would have been nice to have had a TV and a usable washing Machine. Otherwise for the Summer months, a nice place to stay. One does need a car.
