I gave the hotel three stars because we were not told about a daily resort fee that amounted to an additional $300USD when we checked out. The staff seemed to be unfriendly and a little rude. Otherwise, hotel was great, great location, great lobby area to hang out in.

I wish every hotel was a lovely, complete, clean and inviting as this hotel. I look forward to returning. Comfortable bed, beautifully appointed and decorated. Courteous and friendly staff from the valet/bellperson to the baristas. Everything was perfect!

It’s a pleasure to stay here. The hotel has a terrific location next to shopping, a nice restaurant on premises, and a great staff. Honestly, it’s a win. My daughter requested it, and we have stayed a couple of times. They do a good job.
