Lovely hotel, not a great location

The facilities within the hotel are great. The onsen is beautiful. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was peaceful and also beautiful. But the location of the hotel is not good. It's next to a busy road and right next door to a street of strip joints and other seedy establishments. Only a few of the staff spoke any English, although that's our problem and not theirs. And I guess the hotel can't help its location, but you should all know about it before booking.
