The location cant be beat!!
Simply the best value for a hotel resort on Disney property. Always very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and great amenities. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance from 2 theme parks, or transportation by boat or skyliner. Worth every penny.

It was an average stay, fairly clean facilities. Staff were at times rude especially when dealing with something that was broken in my room at check in. I would consider staying here on a budget, but honestly I'll probably pay a little more to stay somewhere with more Disney magic/friendlier staff. It's a perfectly adequate hotel, just has vibes of a work trip/at a conference rather then vacation.
