This was not my first time. That first visit two years ago was fine and our room pretty clean and someway updated. This recent visit was not good. The room I got was dirty. Next day the manager finally change us to another room not so bad like the other one. On the 3rd floor there is a door that have access to the outside stairs and people who stay long time there leaves open, very unsafe.

This property was utter not as advertised. It was horrendously diety. Holes in wall. Bathtub disgusting and rusted. The fridge was rusted and even the lock on doors were missing screws and wobbly. Room had no towels and was beyond dissapointing. I couldnt stay here and checked into another hotel. When i spoke to the frint desk they clearly didnt dissagree with me snd from the way the front desk loomed at me, this was definitely not the first time anyone said anything. This hogel is soooo run down, it hinestly should be closed permanently this is not a suitable accommodation for anyone. The neighbors was perfect with allamenties close by, even fancy hotels next to it... but this hogel looks like ita straught out of the projects. If i could give less then 1 star i would. They rven try to ask for 50 hold for incidents!!! This entire hotel is an incident. Just terrible

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in so long! Where do I begin. Please do not stay here! The towels were dirty even after they claimed to have gave us clean ones. The pool had poop and dirt in it. Asked for it to be cleaned and it never got cleaned. Mold and bugs in the bathrooms. The door looked like termites are through it. I should’ve called the health department. I didn’t expect a 5 start hotel but damn this place wasn’t even one star! Inhumane conditions and the staff could care less. Stay here at your own health risk!
