The cleanliness of the carpet, floor and furniture was not good. The air conditioning did not give any heat and it was very cold in the room. There was no blanket on the bed nor in the closet.

Worst stay I’ve ever had
Hair all over floors bed sheets towels room was not cleaned at all still had a used roll of toilet paper on the rack bugs on the bathroom floor dead my kids were scared to use the bathroom or even take a shower it was the worst experience I’ve had with family in the past 5 years of coming to Orlando from fort myers them when we woke in the morning there was throw up in the elevator and nobody was cleaning it up
