This is the third time we have stayed here in the last 10 years. Lobby has been remodeled and looks great. Staff is excellent and prompt. Our unit was missing quite a few utensils when we arrived. No pots and pans so staff was quick to bring them. We stayed in building D in room 402. Unit was clean but a bit run down. 2nd bathroom door did not work. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. Because some of the units are owned I am uncertain who has the responsibility of keeping the units updated. May look for something a little more taken care of next time.

Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The unit itself was spacious and clean. Some normal wear and tear and a few minor things that we experienced. The microwave screen is broken, so you couldn’t read cooking times to be sure you’re accurately inputting the cook times. The ceiling fan blade was missing a screw, one fan blade was hanging in the master bedroom, so it was unable to be used for safety. The toilet paper holder was broken in the master bath so we just sat it on the counter. The carpeting could use a good scrub. We were sweating in our room and turned off the air unit entirely because it was cooler outside than it was inside, but there was still hot air coming into the vents! Not sure how that even was happening! No big deal tho! Those things were so minor, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Will definitely stay again.
