The elevators did not work and there was limited access to stairwells. The hotel was significantly busy which made getting to/from our hotel room to the lobby very inconvenient. I have never had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator before. The stairs were also not available for guest use, which I believe poses a significant safety threat. Lastly, the hotel was overbooked and I did not even stay in the room I had booked. Would not recommend.

Called and was told we could check in early at 2:30- arrived at 3 and our room was not ready. Front desk called someone and was told it would be ready “in a few”. Got in the room, put our bags in the room and left for the Thunder game. Came back after the Thunder game to prepare beds- pulled out sofa bed and discovered everything from a toy to a press on nail! See pictures- GROSS!! I had a migraine at this point and we were told earlier that the place was booked full so we asked for a rollaway bed and clean bedding (which we had to go get the bedding ourselves) and the rollaway didn’t get there for 45 ish minutes- we had to call twice! Not happy- awful experience. We work hard for our money and expect to get what we paid for and feel like we did not. Very disappointed.
