I recently stayed at the Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort in OC, MD, and overall, it was a positive experience. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with ample amenities. We traveled for my daughter's Cheer National Championship, and the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Additionally, the proximity to the convention center was particularly advantageous for our early morning schedule.
However, noisy children running, jumping, and screaming in the hallways past 10 pm disrupted our sleep, impacting our early morning plans. While I understand that children are naturally energetic and excited, especially during a weekend stay at a hotel, the noise levels were disruptive and made it difficult for my family to sleep, especially considering our early morning plans for my daughter's cheer championship. Despite this, the staff promptly addressed the issue. I recommend the hotel but suggest enforcing quiet hours or providing designated play areas for children to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
