We had a room that wasn’t by the pool and learned that the Wi-Fi signal was only strong in that area. Couldn’t connect at all when in our room or on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

Liked having easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. The hotel is at the opposite end of the boardwalk from the stores. The staff made our room change for our last day very easy. The one thing that we didn’t really like was that with the 1st floor ocean view room, people were walking their dogs just outside of our room every morning.

two issues for an otherwise perfect stay
Check-in was easy. Heidy was very sweet. Room with ocean-front was as perfect as expected. However, the floor in front of balcony was covered with sand. Since it was difficult to get all sand off feet before bedtime, the sand got onto the sheets and also, afterward, into sneakers or sandals since it stayed on our feet. Aren't the floors cleaned between guests? ALSO may hotels and inns are switchig to Keurig coffee pots. The coffee pot in the room makes a horrible cup of coffee. An assortments of pods and single cup sized creamers (coffee mate etc) would def. make for a better start to the morning for your guests.

We love this place! Comfy bedding and pillows! Great balcony! Could use some hooks on the back of the bathroom door!!! No place to hang anything!
