The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic!! Our original room did not have heat, so he moved us into a suite immediately. He was super friendly to our dog & had a treat waiting for her! The hotel was immaculate & the continental breakfast was delicious!

Some issues you need to work on.
We got there Friday evening, where I found I had to go to the 3rd floor for ice and only one of the two elevators works. Had to wait for it to go up and then have to wait for it to come back down. The carpet in the room has a corner coming up that may trip someone.

We’ve frequented this hotel many times. It is extremely inviting, safe and comfortable. Front Desk staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating.
