Room old and dated. No housekeeping one of the days. Pool non-functioning and there was no place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather. But, it was quiet and staff friendly.

You get what you pay for. Location was perfect as we were showing at the Florida Horse Park, and there’s several restaurants right close to hotel. The gal that checked us in the first night was great. We stayed in one of the suites, and it was ok for our stay, but the couch was terribly dirty looking and very stained. House keeping did a good job every day and took our trash out regularly. The hotel was full most nights, and several nights there were loud people in the hallways. There were also several feral cats and a few possum loitering around the outside and side doors, I guess people have been feeding them. I had to be careful taking my dogs out the side door with them hanging around. Not a terrible place…but be prepared for it to be a little rough around the edges.

House keeping was not up to commercial standards, dirt and debris behind bathroom doors, hot water took forever , slow a/c and a musty smell when it ran, and the biggest blunder the 3rd party fee added on the bill . Shame on the hotel

Bring your cleaning supplies.....
The staff were friendly and efficient. Thats the best thing i can say. The room was not clean, and covered in blond hair and dog fur. There was mold and mildew on the bathroom baseboards and walls. Had to keep the curtains closed because the view was of the old appliances graveyard.
