Lovely but terrible bathroom for a wheelchair user
Disabled room and a wheelchair user. Room and bathroom are a brilliant size, clean and in good order. Problems are: No socket to charge my electric wheelchair. Very difficult to control the shower from the shower seat. Almost impossible to use the shampoo and body wash pump provided by the shower seat. The sink has no provision for a plug The sink tap is all but useless although new, the cold to hot is too high a pressure and no control of water flow rate and temperature so that the lack of a sink plug makes it impossible to have a wet shave and you get splashed with water trying to wash. It is such a shame that no thought at all has gone into the bathroom for the disabled guess more so a solo travellers

Lovely convenient location. Easy to get to. Kids friendly. Wonderful friendly staff. Some work taking place around the building but no noise and safe. Rooms need upgrading the sofa bed is single and wasn’t safe as one ends with pressure would semi collapse and the safe in the room wasn’t working.

Terrible stay, requested a quiet room and had a whole polo team of teenagers shouting being loud and rude. Duty manager spoke the the group on many occasions, but still continued to be disrespectful and wake us up at all hours!
