THE HOTELS ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK AND THEY ONLY HAD ROOMS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. IT WAS NOT NICE TO HAVE TO CARRY OUR SUIT CASES UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE AND VER ALL I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Mold in bathroom. Elevators broken. You had to carry your belongings up stairs yourself. Carpets filthy. Lights shining in room all night from parking lot. Had to use a hanger to clip it closed. Room was freezing no matter what we did. Tub was disgusting

The staff and front desk worker were very sweet, unfortunately, after taking a nice nap after checking In I saw about 5 roaches surrounding the bed. They put me in an upgraded different room which was nice but the thought of the roaches hanging out by my head while sleeping was enough for me.
