Thank you for your feedback.Unfortunately, we are unable to have toasters in the cabins as the fire alarms are very sensitive. We don't unfortunately have a Fire Department on the Island apart from the airport and the local Fire Service that service the hotel are all volunteers. This caused an issue as the alarms were being trigged daily, so toasters were removed from the rooms.

Just a point of clarification, we have no air-con across Norfolk Island, only properties that have had approval from the Local Government Authority are allowed air-conditioners and it is usually isolated to those that have health needs or it is essential for them to function as a business.
