Summary:
Welcome to 263 A View, a unit located just a short walk from the beach and a variety of local restaurants. The unit is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and wash your clothes as needed during your stay. The apartment features a comfortable queen-sized beds for relaxing sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you'll need to whip up your favorite meals, and there's a dining table for enjoying them. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat screen tv.

The Space:
This suite sleeps four guests and has two bedrooms, each with memory foam mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closets in each bedroom.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart Tv with high-speed wifi and streaming services.

There is a fully equipped bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.

All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.

This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.

Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood surrounding this Airbnb is a popular coastal destination, known for its beautiful beaches and diverse dining scene. You'll be just a short walk from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. There are also several local restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines to satisfy any craving. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, Italian fare, or casual beachside bites, you'll find plenty of options to choose from. The neighborhood is also known for its laid-back vibe and friendly locals, making it a great place to unwind and soak up the sun.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors at least 25 ft from the building. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
