The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was always smiling and eager to assist. The food was good and plentiful. Everything was as pictured Would definitely stay there again

Love this resort ! Check in process was easy . Drinks were good. Breakfast and lunch was good with a big selection, we did dinner every night off the resort. Rooms were clean . No complaints :)

I suggest that you have more variety in the entertainment- different types of music to suit different ages and musical tastes of guests, such as older music, early (1950s-60s) rock and roll, popular standards, easy listening, etc. Aside from this, everything was excellent. I am especially impressed by the friendliness of everyone who works there, in all jobs.

We had an amazing visit. We were very please with the resort. If you’re going go down very early and reserve chairs on the beach or by the pool. The food was really good even the buffet. My only concern was for a front desk person names LOUIS. Our flight was delayed and we had to stay another night. Louis stated they had no rooms and turned us away with no place to stay. Another employee searched and spoke to management and secured us a room. The next day at checkout Louis made it an issue we received the room and proceeded to inform us that the young man who did help us got a “stern talking to” for giving us the room which I felt was very unprofessional and not necessary. That was the worst experience of our trip how uncomfortable we were made to feel. Overall we had a good visit.
