Ridiculous parking fee $50 per night, or alternative off-site parking for $35. Also some "mandatory" surcharges on the top of paid-off in advance reservation. General feeling every step they try to rip you off. Why they can't tell the final bill before we booked. Won't recommend. Although other hotels' policies and charges are not better.

Only 1 elevator working and this is not the 1st time at this Hotel. The same thing has happened multiple times at this location, even when it was known as 4 Points by Sheraton. Very inconvenient waiting an eternity for an elevator.

Checked in Saturday for two nights. Got up 5 am Sunday absolutely no hot water. Ran sink and tub on hot for 10 minutes, still no hot water. Took a miserable cold shower. Complained to front desk, they said maintenance would look into it. Got up Monday morning, decided to wait until 10am to shower. Same thing. Absolutely no hot water. Complained to front desk at checkout. Nothing but a song and dance and excuses. Completely ruined my stay. Stains on the carpet in room, stains on the shower curtain. Long black hair on the bathroom floor.

Originally we got to Niagara Falls early and went into check and see if we could park our car knowing that our room might not be ready. To our surprise we were able to check in and park off sight. We were surprised by the cost of parking $35 to park across the street and $70 for on deck for a Saturday night. Our room was fairly clean (still had a little toothpaste on the bathroom counter) and our bathtub took forever to drain. Our room had an adjoining door to another room, which made for a very frustrating night. The ladies next door were partying and very loud… finally around 1am the heater in the room helped provide the white noise needed to fall asleep.

We had booked a deluxe room and when we checked in we wanted to have a shower or jacuzzi before our 6:00pm dinner at Ruth Chris’s, since it was my birthday we had booked dinner, show at Yuk Yuks and then casino so did not get a chance to shower before, otherwise it was excellent. Confusion about coupons because we booked with 3rd party and also check out is 11am and not noon as per Expedia website.
