The staff was very friendly, it’s not a big hotel but it was clean, confortable and convenient. The breakfast was better than in others, the breakfast area always clean, and well maintained.

Room was not secure. Door didn’t shut closed and lock when exiting the room. I informed front desk, but this issue was not resolved. On another matter, once our booking was no longer refundable, the hotel management tried to add on a $10 a night” hotel fee” in addition to the original total booking price. When we complained at check in, the manager told us “we could always stay somewhere else and the charges are in the fine print” He ended up putting the 2 night $20 total hotel fee towards one night of parking. Why would an honest business hide these fees in “ fine print “ Other loud guests woke us at all hours of the night; noise coming from the hallways into our hotel room. Some of the staff were found to be pleasant and helpful however.

The staff was very courteous and took care of any concerns or special requests we had. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Only hope they had some vegan protein options. The rooms were clean, but could use some storage units.

It was a good stay other than the scary elevator. Service was good. Had good breakfast found staff to be friendly When book told me a different price then what I got charged It was a good distance to everything and hotel room was nice
