VERY clean and comfortable!
Last minute decision to go to the Seafood and Wine festival. Affordable, VERY clean, VERY comfortable. Place looks run down on the outside but doesn't matter, everything inside the rooms was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the way I slept on those comfy beds!

The place is uninviting. Horrible parking lot. It doesn't scream safety, to say the least. Midnight I am woken by neighbors and I thought that a woman was in distress. I called the office and said as much. Back to sleep before pounding (aggressive) at the door. When I finally answered, the woman(probably not the proprietor) was matching down the causeway. I called for her but she kept on marching. Next morning, 8 o'clock, Newport police were there to escort me out. I did nothing. The person on duty I assume is not the owner, though she might a daughter. Nobody was staying there yet the three booked rooms were stacked on top of one another. Brilliant. Don't book here. Ever.

The motel parking lot had a large camper with a broken out window and people inside parked just below our room. It made us feel a bit unsafe when coming and going to The man at the office counter refused to check us in at the time listed on our reservation. He said that Expedia had the check in time wrong and we would have to wait "at least another hour" He mentioned that the people at Expedia refuse to update the check in time The room itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the TV was big. We would stay here again because of the nice clean room and the price.

Outside didn’t look too nice but the inside was a lot nicer than I expected, only downfall was there wasn’t a coffee maker. Overall I would stay there again

The picture says it all. Really is this good of a stay with the BEST TV to see, even for the aged. Very nice ROOMS. Rated a 9 out of a 10

The outside looks old and needsxwork, which i understand they are going to do soon. The rooms have been very recently remodeled. Everything is new and in excellent condition. Very good value for the price.
