Terrible attitudes. Terrible service. Terrible everything. Every single day on a 5 day trip the key stopped working. I had to ask them to reprogram everyday. Then they’d get mad at me for it!? Housekeeping banging on my door every morning even though my sign was on the door.

Rude staff. Waited OVER an hour for shuttle when they said 20mins. So much flood light through the window it was like dawn the entire night. I have never stayed someplace THIS rude.

The first room they gave us didnt even shut completly. Had to change rooms. The ac/heat you have to unplug to turn it off. The bathtub was a gray color. Uncleaned. Parking was pretty bad. We were there on super bowl and the bar/club next door overflowed into the hotel parking lot. GRANDMA SAID LOCK THEM DOORS! i dont think i would book this place again. This trip was an unexpeted Funeral.

This motel has a bedbug issue I got bit multiple times in the face and have video recordings of live bedbugs terrible and not only that but when I go to switch the room it was a problem for them to give me another one
