Passable for a lay over, but not great.
The check in went well. Tatiana was very pleasant and the bar/restaurant was jumping. It’s a little overpriced, but it’s to be expected being that you’re so close to the airport. The morning front desk crew (5:00AM) was not as cordial as Tatiana and they failed to mention that the shuttle to the airport does NOT go to the terminals. The shuttle takes you to P4 which is an air train stop. The issue is that if you’re leaving from A Terminal, there is no air train stop there and you need to exit the air train and then get on another shuttle bus that takes you to the terminal. The whole process takes about a half hour if you hit it right, if not it’s longer. That seems ridiculous considering the hotel is less than a mile from the airport. They should at least advise you of that important detail instead of repeatedly barking at customers when they call that the shuttles leave on the half hour and hour and then abruptly hanging up. I probably won’t stay again.

I only spent 8 hours at the property for a quick overnight refresh and was gone by 4:00am. However i was impressed with it's cleanliness, the check in staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I had a good overall experience. Thanks.

I liked that after a layover between flights became easy to relax. Everything that I needed was in the room. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The microwave is in the conference room if you’ll wanted to heat something up. Everything was labeled well. The shuttle bus was on time and runs every 30 minutes even at 4am. You can also ask the waiter to modify your food. I ordered food and it was perfectly made the exact same way I asked. I had a great time and would return sometime in the future.
