Rude staff and the quality of the room was subpar, the TV in the room barely worked and there were no lights on the terrace, if I could’ve gotten my money back I would’ve. There were literally cigarette burns in the floor and cigarettes in the planters on the terrace

We drive to New York from Maryland. Loved that the parking was directly below the hotel. The room was super clean. We took an Uber to the show at Radio City Music Hall. So close and convient to Time Square. Finished the night with pizza from a walking distance place from the hotel. We definitely use this hotel again. Super affordable too!!
