Property excellent- location and amenities. There’s a questionable daily room charge on my bill labeled eChannel retail. When I called they stated it was not on my bill that they were looking at and when they resent it, it certainly was itemized on my bill. She stated that the statements are updated at 2am and to call after Wednesday to follow-up. Mystery? There’s so many other added charges for NYC that it really is a crime to add this BS one!!!

We love the location and staff were super friendly. Our next door room was making a lot of noises 2 nights in a row til 3am. We called and they send security up twice and that was very helpful.
