The property's staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the property was great. Very close to Times Square, Broadway, Central Park etc. The property itself was in poor condition, old, uncomfortable beds, shower hot water not always working, no irons or ironing boards in rooms, very old and weathered walls, doors, furniture. The hotel was also very expensive for the condition of it.
