The hotel was not clean. The proximity to a very loud club made the stay very uncomfortable for a family, let alone the noise we could hear all the way on the 14th floor. The lighting of the room was poor and the heating system did not work very well either.

I have no major complaints about this place. Staff was great, and very accommodating. As far as New York goes it was decently quiet. I would stay here again.

Todo súper bien excepto las camas pues había llamado para confirmar que fueran queen y las que me dieron eran full Size y había escogido este hotel aunque me salía en $400 más porque las camas eran más grande y no fue así como habían dicho
