The stay it self was good. Restaurant service was not what I expected. Food was ok- nothing over the top. Adulphus (server) on the other hand seemed bothered to serve us. On our second day we went to have breakfast, we tried the buffet option- we were sat at our table. Waited about 10 mins for someone to come and take our drink order and to let them know we were doing the buffet. Nothing. We decided to go get the food, when we were almost done eating. He decided to come over and ask us what we wanted to drink- I told him and he seemed so bothered that we even asked for something. I asked for some ketchup and syrup, never received it. Checkout time- our ticket didn’t have the daily discount, and he had the nerve to circle the highest tip! It was a joke. I would recommend you save your money and go eat outside the hotel.

When I checked in my room wasn’t ready. I was told I would receive a call when room was ready. I never received a call. Waited for at least 4 hours before going to counter to see what was the problem. They said I was checked in however no one called me. I was extremely disappointed and especially since this was my anniversary trip. No apologies or anything offered by hotel to make up for this great inconvenience. I will not stay at this location again due to this and will let all know about my experience at the hotel. Didn’t pay premium price to receive 1 star service or worse.

The Bon voy app is useless for checking in since they won’t send a key until you’ve checked in at a counter. At that point, what’s the use. It also took a few hours until you actually receive your ekey. Checking out- again app is absolutely useless.
