The main reason for booking this location was that one of the main amenities was free parking. Up, checking in I was advised by the front desk there was no parking because their lot was not available, and then proceeded to park where I was advised by the front desk staff leading in my car being towed And ticketed in the amount of $300 there also was a terrible stench of cigarette smoke inside the room. I assume this is because there was a balcony and the prior guests were smoking even though it’s a non-smoking facility. Also I was charged an extra $20 for the extra guest. However, we received one towel and one washcloth of which the washcloth was dirty , it was a terrible experience and needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and the service was fast. Great location if you are flying out of LaGuardia Airport. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no hot water, and I could hear the people next us through the bathroom vent.
