DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. The Worst experience ever in a hotel! I did a reservation and checked in for 3 days and 2 nights. I was staying with my 12 years old daughter. On our second day we went out to visit the city. And when we came back to the hotel around 7:30pm. Our keys didn’t work. And when we went to the lobby. We found out that they checked us out. They Got into our room. Touch our stuffs and pack everything that was in the room inside our backpacks without our authorization. So. Saturday night. 8pm. They told us that someone checked us out. They kept our things in “lost and found” and that the only way to give us a room again it was paying a new room. More expensive. They never let me talk to the manager. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t care what they did! And they didn’t care letting me and my daughter who is a minor literally on the street. In New York. A Saturday at night.

The lobby and public spaces downstairs were nice, but the room itself was very small and dark. Even with every single light on I couldn't see anything. It was also so small I struggled to find anywhere to open my suitcase! The finishes and bathroom were all nice, but the toilet paper was single ply! There was a loud plumbing noise that happened every 20 minutes and along with noise from the hall, this kept me up at night. I wouldn't stay here again.

Horrible cramped and dirty hotel room
This hotel is horrible. Closer-sized rooms that are completely misrepresented in the booking phase. They claimed that their connection to Hotels.com was broken “and have been for years” and then proceeded to take 20-30 mins to check me in. The room was tiny with barely any space to move around and the furniture was dinged, chipped and otherwise horrible looking. The window was so encrusted with dirt the view was obscured. The ironing board they provided was a tabletop variety with a broken leg and there was no room to hang my business suit. Terrible experience, I do not recommend.
