There were hairs in the bathroom shower and on the sink that were not mines or my boyfriends. When brought up to staff my concerns were ignored. The woman at the front desk said I’d have to order room cleaning when it wasn’t clean from the start. Disgusting and disappointing.

Overall it was worth the price, but the room was too hot and the tiny window slot didn’t let any air in. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and didn’t cool the place down. We stayed there in winter and it was cold outside, but super hot in the room. On the other hand it means the heater works really well :D The building is old and all the structures inside are wooden. We didn’t feel safe to live our documents and valuables in the safe provided in the room, because in case of fire it would all be gone. Coffee provided in the room was garbage, but they have a coffee machine with complimentary coffee in the reception area, also little treats like cookies. No daily cleaning service, but we stayed only for three nights. The location is really good though.
