While the staff was exceptionally welcoming, the room provided for early check-in fell short of expectations, particularly in cleanliness and lack of complimentary water bottles, despite the additional resort fee charges. The $75 fee for early check-in set a high expectation for room standards that were not met. Additionally, the room's phone was inoperative, making it challenging to communicate with the lobby or service desk. Although the balcony room was booked, the view was significantly hindered by construction equipment, which, while beyond the hotel's control, detracted from the overall experience. The interactions with the staff remained positive throughout; however, the experience was overshadowed by being double charged and not receiving a receipt upon checkout. The entire process, from check-in to departure, felt hurried, leaving room for improvement in the guest experience.
