This property is old and needs serious attention. Getting hot water is vey problematic. As this hotel is in the French Quarter, noise will always be an issue. The staff are friendly but can’t do much to fix the problems. Best Western needs to invest in infrastructure and decor.

It is very easy to access Bourbon Street and all parts of New Orleans. Tour buses pick you up at the door. The hot breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Front desk was super helpful and giving us suggestions. The parking garage was secure and safe. The grounds are very clean.

Great location, clean room. Paper thin walls, heard everything, Elevator opening and closing all night was really loud. Our room was right by Elevator, other rooms further away probably were fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great French Quarter stay
I had a lovely 6 night stay. Location is perfect for FQ access. I loved the courtyard and New Orleans feel of this hotel. Upon arrival, my sink area was dusty and it was late so I just wiped it down myself, not a big deal. The breakfast was above average for a BW and all he staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Dirty!
This was the 3rd time we stayed at this Hotel. This was the first time we were disappointed. The bed was made but i dont think the room was cleaned. The floor had dust bunnies, the bathroom floor had hair and gliter string in it. The bed was really uncomfortable and I did not like that a flat bed sheet was used over the mattress instead of a fitted sheet. The headboard had 2 big grease spots on it, probably from the previous guests head. The room had one chair that was covered with stains. I put a towel over it to sit on it without feeling grossed out, definitely didnt lean back. It is a good location, but over priced for the condition of the room.
