My room was gorgeous. The food was excellent, and the staff is extremely attentive. The only drawback is there is a tremendous amount of construction going on making the roads difficult to navigate and a lot of road noise.

The Grand Hyatt had everything we wanted. Restaraunts, roof top bar, walking distance to Broadway, spa, and easy uber pickup. Clean, nice rooms with fridge and free, easy to access internet. They send you a text to see if you want turndown service. Breakfast in the Grange (hotel restaraunt) was awesome with free newspapers.

The room was great, but was kept awake all night by railroad noise. Need to inform guests that hotel is next to an active railroad switching yard.

My wife and I don't normally stay at such high-end hotels, but we splurged for her birthday and it was worth every penny. I've never met a friendlier hotel staff, from the cleaning people to the desk staff to the valets. If we needed anything - from directions to recommendations to a toothbrush - all we had to do was ask. Beautiful place, beautiful people.
