There was no "WIFI" in the whole hotel for 3 days that we stayed there. I would go the front desk & ask about no WIFI at least 4-5 times a day & their response was "We are working on it" which was bunch of BS. On the last day the check out was at 11:00 am, & at 11:05 t& they start calling my room saying you have to leave NOW. After the 3rd phone call, I went off on them & told them, they should put this much effort to fix the Wifi, rather then calling people every 5 min to leave. I will never stay at that hotel again & I hope you do the same.

It was nice big room for family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). We booked 3 beds room and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was February but when we stayed it was really warm days and we are from Canada so it was really hot for us. We had to open the window but it didn't cool down much. Other than that, staff were very friendly and polite. Super helpful. Shuttle bus service was useful.

Good place if you want to just relax before your flight. Its near the airport but not too much to explore around unless taking a bus. Clean spacious rooms but kind of old. They have a gym and restaurant. There's a lobby store down stairs that has food and drinks but its not 24/7. The vending machines do have bread and instant noodles. The food options are a bit limited. The mapo tofu at the buffet was a bit strange for me. It was sweet and not spicy. Also the cigarette selection at the lobby store was limited. Still not a bad place to stay the service is good.
