Tv did not work upon arrival. Called desk and they said they would send someone. No one came. After 10 hours of travel we were unable to watch tv. Inside is very dirty. Don’t recommend. Book somewhere else!

We arrived for breakfast at 8 AM and everything was picked over and not replaced in kind or with a substitute. Frosted flakes were stale.

The hotel itself was good for the price. My problem was the check in. They have the check in on a computer. You talk to a screen. It is slow, and if your key doesn’t work you have to come back and wait in line to get one. I stood in line twice for almost a hour. I booked two rooms they gave me keys for the same room, and on top of that my helper told me the gave the his room to two other people who tried to walk in on him. Beware and lock your doors.

Sketchiest elevator I’ve been on. Roaches in hotel. No person at front desk, it is all automated with someone on a screen. Not great experience at all.
