Good location. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Dated bedding but it was clean. I left 2 items in the fridge-my drink bottle and a container of sweet snacks. I’d checked out but didn’t leave Napier until the afternoon so I would have appreciated a phone call.

One night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Spa bath was ok. Great location with great bars and eateries a minutes walk away. A couple of minutes from the airport.

I stayed here during really hot weather so I appreciated the awesome air conditioning. My room had a spa bath which was also awesome. The bed was comfortable and the Wifi was fast. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance and it was nice to look out the room window and see the marina. I was too scared to make toast because there was a sign next to the toaster that said it could set off the fire alarm and then I would have to pay $NZ500!

A really nice property with pleasant receptionists . Clean and spacious room its just the noise is a slight issue - i could hear normal level sounds from the adjacent room eg text message pings
