THE DAVEY - welcome!

THE DAVEY is a multi-level 3-bedroom 2 bathroom villa located in breathtaking Nambucca Heads; a beach side town located on the East coast of Northern NSW.

The property is a short stroll to swimming creek beach with access to Main Beach, Beilby's Beach and Shelley Beach.

With Pacific Ocean views the property has a north facing aspect that captures the sun and allows the cool ocean breezes in.

A short drive or a bicycle ride and discover the pristine waterways of the Nambucca River with cafes and restaurants.

Upstairs you will have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, plates, coffee cups, teacups, wine glasses, drinking glasses - basically everything you will need for the whole family.

The living area has a 58" smart TV with all entertainment - Netflix, Disney +, apple TV and Xbox. Air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The dining area seats 6 people with ceiling fans

The balcony has a fold away "stainless steel Space-Grill" for great BBQ's.

THE DAVEY - also has a wireless sound bar system - link your smart phone and enjoy your favourite tunes.

On the mid-level you will have 2 generous size bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry with rear property access. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The 2nd Bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk with a portable fan.

To the right of the entry is the newly renovated 3rd bedroom with a double bed, 50-inch tv, air-conditioning and new ensuite bathroom.

Parking is available onsite and on road (on road parking access via Reed Street)

All beds have high quality comfortable linen covers and cotton sheets with bath towels provided for all our guests.

Great Location
The unit was modern and had everything we needed. We like the small touches with some condiments to use like cooking oil (which we forgot 😅) The management was amazing in following up on something for us immediately. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated 🙂

102 birthday celebration
Arriving a little later than expected and finding the apartment had not been cleaned was not a great start. However after calling the manager the cleaner did arrive as we headed out for dinner. After this time all experiences were positive and we found the apartment well appointed and very comfortable. It’s location to the beach was a big plus.

We had a great stay at Nambucca. Apartment had everything we needed for our family of 5 for the week. Was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Great location, just a quick walk to the beach, and a view of the ocean from the balcony.

Great stay!
Clean and tidy place everything you needed were supplied, comfortable beds pillows etc the only concern was the fans seemed to only have one speed low …… hard to cool you down over night but it was extremely hot weather when we stayed.

The Shack is a must for anyone wanting to explore pristine beaches ,lookouts within walking distance
This place was actually nicer than the pictures. We booked this last minute as accommodation all over the North Coast was booked and crazy expensive for what you got . Michael's customer service was second to none from the first message to the last . This customer service is rare and this is what first appealed to me. We were going to go to Coffs Harbour as we had never been or heard of Nambucca Heads. However it is amazing. The Shack is close to a local beach no more than a 5mins walk. And if you wanna hike there is a path that leads into/onto lookouts of beaches 100m above sea level. Also the local shops/cafes are 25mins walk if you feel like an early morning walk along tha path for some exercise or drive is 3mins! The Shack is in a quiet suburban street and beautiful views of waves from the balcony and you can hear the ocean all day n night. The place also has a large smart TV, Netflix and YouTube wi fi which kept my kids quiet ! I highly recommend this place if pristine beaches is what you're looking for all within walking distance. We had an awesome 5 nights all of 32 degrees temperature. Also a special thank you to Michael for always being polite, and respectful and prompt in any questions I asked. Keep up your good work and hope it works well for you . Cheers Rayman January 2022

Perfect Place
We had a wonderful time during our stay at "The Shack" - a lovely self sufficient villa type apartment in Nambucca heads! Very close to the beach (just a couple mins walk). The property was listed for the first time when we booked and we took a chance. The instructions for the keys and how to access them was perfect. The house was super clean and had all the basic nececssities for a family. There is no A.C. but we k ew and we're fine with fans. A perfect quiet base for our trip to the surrounding areas including day trips to the Coffs, Urunga and the famous Dorrigo/Bellingen area. The host Michael was also kind enough to give a courtesy vall to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will not hesitate to stay here again if we come back.
