It was overpriced. The cleaning was unacceptable and the room was quite small. I could not believe the charges when I only had a couple of bottles of water, a Toblerone and two breakfasts and one modest dinner plus a brandy and a few brief international calls. It amounted to as much as the room costs and I thought I had been double charged.
I would never recommend your hotel to any person.

Very disappointed with the standard of the Kempinski. Most of the rooms are still very old and dated. I expected a much better standard.
