The resort is beautiful but the rooms need’s to be updated, very old furniture also some of the employees are not very friendly, rude at times.

Everything was great. However it did get a little noisy late at night since our suite was facing the main road. Also if you don’t get to breakfast super early then certain items will be gone. Otherwise everything was good.

this place is so so. the room was big and clean but the whole property is dated and all of the carpets are dingy including in the room. the buffet was often out of many items but the omelet station was delicious. the beach was beautiful. some of the staff were friendly, many seemed annoyed. trip was ok overall, but i wouldn't stay here again.

The concept was nice but poorly executed. First we get there to check in, the line is extremely long with at least two people just strolling around behind the desk with no sense of urgency. The rooms are not ready so they said check in is not until 3pm, it was 2:53pm so we patiently waited and decide to go to the beach. There were no towels but they said some would come shortly. We swim then go for towels just to find out the towel crew packed up and left, no warning. So we go back to finally get our rooms, wet and dripping, get to our rooms and there are no towels in the room either. The food was decent but many things ran out early or sometimes there were no plates or glasses available. Some of the staff weren't friendly or had attitudes. Two bright spots were Tean from dining. She was fantastic!! always inviting, warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Also Damion that worked in the front with luggage, always went out of his way to provide excellent service. The rooms were just ok but at least things were clean. Overall I was kind of disappointed because this place has so much potential.

Everything about the whole place was terrible, everything is old , custom service was horrible, waited 2 hours for housekeeping to show up to the room when I first arrived , next day I had a amazing housekeeper forgot her name and I forgot to mention the water pressure was low and the food completely nasty. If you book please book at different resorts.
