We love staying at the Westin when visiting Tremblant. It is easily accessible from the hill, making it great for getting kids to lessons. The pool and hot tub are the best part of the whole trip for my kids, and the staff really go out of their way to help!

au dessus de nos attentes
Première fois que je fais un commentaire sur un hotel , et je suis un grand voyageur. Je ne veux pas perdre mon temps à faire des commentaires c'est pour cela. Nous avons souvent voyagé dans des hotels , dont plusieurs de luxe, et nous étions souvent déçu du service qui n'était pas à la hauteur du prix disons. Mais à ce Westin Tremblant , ils ont surpassé nos attentes Sauf qu'une seule employée un petit peu bête, tous les employés du Westin sont très chaleureux , souriant, et sont bien jasant. Les valets sont aussi très gentils et serviables. Juste avant notre départ, nous avions fais ranger nos valises dans un local. Nous sommes ensuite allés faire du traineau à chien, puis lorsque revenu nous sommes allés diner avant de quitter pour de bon. Sans le demander, ils ont rangé nos valises dans la voiture , pendant notre diner. La piscine est chaude , à 92F selon Martin , le sauveteur. Elle est plus chaude qu'au Fairmont, nous l'avons testé ;) . Le spa est très bien aussi. Petite espace parfaite. l'emplacement est excellent. Évidemment les unités sont dispendieuses, mais le décor , le service et l'emplacement en vaut la peine. J'oubliais aussi de mentionner que nous avions eu une surclassement dès notre arrivée , très apprécié. En conclusion , exceptionnel!
