1. Noise: Kindly refrain from loud music or noisy activities after 10 pm to maintain harmony with our neighbors.
2. Sand: As you return from the beach, please utilize the tap on the side of the house to wash off sand from your feet before entering.
3. Towels: Preserve our house bath towels by refraining from using them at the beach.
4. Electricity: Help conserve energy by switching off lights, TV, and other appliances when not in use or before leaving the house.
5. BBQ: Enjoy our BBQ outdoors and remember to clean it after use to keep it in excellent condition. (Additional charges may apply for insufficient cleaning.)
6. Communal Laundry: The communal laundry is available for all Seascape guests. Kindly maintain its cleanliness after each use and avoid leaving laundry in the machines for extended periods to accommodate other guests.
7. Weather Warning: Coastal storms can arrive swiftly, so before departing the property, please ensure that balcony doors and windows are securely closed.
8. Check-In @ 2 PM / Check-Out @ 10 AM: We are delighted to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible, but please arrange these in advance.
9. Cleaning: Leave the house in the same pristine condition you found it. Dispose of all rubbish in the designated outside bins before your departure. Ensure dishes are washed, dried, and put away, and give the fridge a thorough cleaning.

View was absolutely amazing. Minnie Water is a beautiful little sleepy village which is fantastic for a young family stay. The beach has little surf on offer but is perfect for young ones. Some beautiful beach walks and national park walks were closeby. The home itself was adequate, but certainly needed quite a bit of maintenance. There was only one bathroom and toilet, but bathroom in particular, needed quite a few repairs. Sliding door had to be adjusted regularly to close to avoid water spilling all over the floor, cabinetry swollen in parts.... shampoo and soap holders either empty or broken. No flyscreens on some windows... There was a problem with the smoke alarm which was going off as we entered. It went off twice more while we were there. It was hardwired in so a change of battery was not a solution. It needs to be seen and repaired by an electrician. I would've liked access to a washing machine which I think was mentioned in the advertisement, but it was not hooked up to taps so without moving the machine was impossible to do. The barbecue which we didn't actually use, needed to be set up for use - that is, the gas bottle and the bbq which were not connected, needed to be taken out of the laundry area, and set up somewhere, though there was no real place to set it up. We were lucky that other family members had a lovely bbq set up at their house, and we were able to join them for meal However, in saying all that, overall we had a lovely time together.
